A ball of muscle and attitude who loves a fight more than a feed. A young gun for hire, Frank throws in his lot with Tilly and Jim Devine and serves them loyally until they betray him – at which time he changes sides and joins Kate Leigh’s crew.

BILL MACKAY is a Scot with a hard head and equally hard fists. Personable, ambitious and very smart, Bill has a deep commitment to law and order, so the blood flowing freely down the gutters of Razorhurst is a personal affront.
